Simon Broadley is a Chartered Accountant and a director of the firm.  He has worked in the firm for over ten years.

Simon specialises in business planning, accounting, taxation and financial planning for small to medium size businesses.  He specialises in services relating to medical and other professionals, primary producers and various retail businesses.  He is able to provide his clients specialist advice in all areas of business, taxation, accounting, finance and financial planning.  Simon has a detailed working knowledge of MYOB, Quicken, Cashman and Phoenix software specialising in tailored set-up and support to meet the clients business needs. 

Simon is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, holds a Masters in Business Administration with a Major in Accountancy, completed the requirements for a Diploma in Financial Planning and is a registered tax agent in NSW.  He holds a teaching certificate in NSW, has degrees in Mathematics/Computing and Secondary Education, is a member of Orange Chamber of Commerce and is a Justice of the Peace.  Simon has taught MYOB at TAFE to small business groups and has had experience in financial planning.

Michael Haydon is a Chartered Accountant and a director and has worked in the firm since 2004 after working for a number of years in small-medium sized Chartered Accounting firms in Sydney and country NSW.

Michael together with other principal members of the firm provides high quality taxation and accounting service and assistance to small-medium sized business clients.  Michael specialises in tailored set-up and support in MYOB accounting software for business clients. 

Michael completed a Bachelor of Management (Rural Business Administration) at the University of Sydney in 2000. Michael then went on to complete a Master of Accountancy with Charles Sturt University.  Michael is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Libby Skipworth joined Simon and Michael in practice in June 2007, after 5 years with another chartered accounting firm. Libby began professional work as a Rural Financial Counsellor having completed a Bachelor of Art (Sociology & English Literature) and Bachelor to Business (Ag Commerce). Libby identified an opportunity in the Lake Cargelligo area for another local accountant, focusing on not just compliance, but on the business and families as a whole. To this end, after the arrival of twins, Libby took some time to complete a Master of Accountancy by distance education. Libby has now also completed the Chartered Accountants program, and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in November 2005.

Tony Broadley is a Chartered Accountant and a consultant to the firm. He was the founding principal of the original business which he established in 1964. 

Tony's many years of experience enables him to provide a high quality service to his clients in areas of taxation, accounting and business planning.  He has also been responsible for training new staff to maintain the high quality level of service across the firm. 

Tony is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a Registered Company Auditor.  He is a registered tax agent and Justice of the Peace.  Tony is an active member of Condobolin Rotary Club, having held various executive positions including President on numerous occasions.  He has been awarded to Paul Harris Fellow Rotary award for outstanding services to the community of Condobolin.

Jill Broadley is in charge of office administration in the Condobolin office and has performed this role for many years. 

Jill responds to customers needs efficiently, handling them where possible and referring onto the appropriate staff member as required. 

Jill is an active member of the community in Condobolin, serving on various committees and church groups.

Lisa Broadley has in the firm since 1999.  Lisa is in charge of office administration in the Orange Office.  Lisa also performs and assist with data entry for clients in their accounting software.

Lisa completed her Bachelor of Arts with a Diploma of Education through the University of Newcastle.   Lisa has held various teaching positions up to executive level of  Assistant Principal in Bourke, Lismore and Condobolin including managing a Distance Education School.  Lisa is currently completing a course in Small Business Management in Orange and is a member of the Orange Chamber of Commerce. 

Lisa strives to provide a high level of client service and is the friendly voice of the Orange office.

Candice Mine joined our firm in June 2006 and is the administration assistant and friendly voice in the Orange Office.

Candice has had 7 years of experience in various customer service positions including law and accounting firms.

Sondra Wald commenced work at our Condobolin office in July 2007. Her background includes working in various rural enterprises including earthmoving and contract farming in adminstrative/bookkeeping positions. Sondra also assists her partner Mark in running their primary production business.

Leanne Ridley works part in the administration position in the Lake Office. Leanne has several years experience in customer service, including part time work in the local Centrelink agency. Leanne also plays an important role in the local netball and football clubs as the netball umpires convenor for the Northern Riverina and regular umpire.
